Since my blog was completely busted last week, here was what I posted on the Sistahood link site:

Sigh.   I tried to get stats on my blog last week & when I installed the Google Analytics plug-in, it completely HOSED my back end.   I can’t post at all!

DH is unwilling to fix my hobby site while he’s got major drama going on at work, so until I have a product deadline to hit, I’m not going to push it.   And even then I may have to wait :).   Only thing posting is pre-scheduled items!  Blah.

Anywhoo…last week, I gained my 3 lbs back because I was drinking OJ by the gallon to try to keep from getting Lil’ Bit’s illness.   This week I lost 2 of them & probably could have lost the other except that I made 12 dz Paczki this weekend & probably ate close to a dozen myself over the last 4 days :).   I’m okay with that since I make them once a year & Lent is almost here.

This week is really not very pretty compared with my rockin’ 3 lb loss a few weeks ago:

This week (3/14/11):  162.5

Last time (2/14/11):  159.5

I’m pretty much exactly where I started a month ago.  Not super pleased about that but not super surprised either.  I was trying to do to many things and I can’t have a lot of habits to work on at once.  I removed a few new habits last week and will give it a go again this week.   Wish me luck!!

oh, and I almost forgot.  This week, I’m going to participate in the question of the week:

Question: What time of day works best for you to be active?  How do you make sure you stick to those planned workouts?

The best time of day for me to be active is in the AM.  If it’s one of the first things I do, I don’t forget about it or lose track of time.   At this point, I haven’t been sticking to my workout plan at all.  Or maybe I have since I haven’t really planned any in weeks.   This week, though- carpe diem!!

Yuck to blog stress! And gaining back those 3 lbs, but you lost them once so you know you can lose them again. Just focus on moving forward.

Ugh. Blog stress is so frustrating! I hope it all gets resolved for you soon. I am currently without internet at home and it is driving me batty! Silly windstorms and such.

Weight gained so quickly is often easiest to get rid of. Just push the water and get moving. You can do it and kick that itty bitty 3 lbs back to the curb! Have a great week and best of luck to you.

I know you can do this! Remember that babysteps are so much easier to learn and to keep up with. Just take it one day at a time and you’ll be right back where you were!

I think Mamavation hazing week helps with the planned exercising, at least for the next few weeks. I know what you mean about not planning, I never plan I just do and hope it works for me. I hear removing one habit at a time is best. Good luck!
