I’m actually quite happy with this. My exercise level has jumped (hello 70 degree weekend!) and my eating jumped with it. I could have been a little a LOT better with what I chose to eat, but wasn’t.

I get to add core work per my chiro so I’m going to switch from cardio to weights/core & get my cardio from playing and walking. I’m also going to add a 3rd day.
