I got out of bed at about 8am, awake by 8:15 :). Everyone else had been up for an hour and they were all crawling on top of me but I couldn’t. get. up. I nursed/fed the littles, diapered & changed clothes of the baby, took a shower, gathered stuff for gym and got out of the door for the gym by 9:15.
Worked out for about 45 minutes. Went to hubby’s office (next door) and picked up a homeschool book to take to Staples to wire-bind for me ($4.50 for 130 pgs FYI). Talked to accountant, nursed baby & changed diaper.
Fought with older daughter who didn’t WANT to leave daddy’s office (I don’t remember asking her opinion). Got Montessori book bound at Staples & then went to Walmart to pick up girls bedding for winter; I needed sheets anyway. WHY is it almost cheaper to buy a comforter or bed-in-a bag than a sheet set?
Got home and put baby in bed for nap (about 11:30a). Asked 3 year old 5 times if she wanted lunch. Made self a turkey sandwich. Hubby walked in. Made him a sandwich, talking the whole time and forgot the mustard (sorry, honey). Sat down to eat my lunch. Breathe. Hung out. Argued with daughter who wanted pop, chips AND cookies before eating her meat only lunch. Really? Has that ever worked?
Got up with Itty Bitty and watched the last part of Monsters Inc (we left it about 24 hours ago). Compiled materials list for homeschool montessori ebook (post to come). Told Lil’ Bit that we were not going to watch another movie but would go outside to play until it rained. Put Itty Bitty in my new baby dirt ingestion prevention device (come back Wednesday) and cleaned out the van. Got a bucket and filled it with soapy water to clean outside/sand toys for season.
It rained we went inside and Lil’ Bit took an hour long bath. It’s 4:06 and Itty Bitty is not wanting to nap!?! and Lil’ Bit is giving me a litany on why she doesn’t want to wear any of her play dresses.
