I usually have terrible luck thrifting, but for some reason I decided to run the yard sale circuit this weekend.  Friday’s sale weren’t that great–all I got was some plastic totes for $5 each.  Not a fabulous deal but they were sturdier than the ones I bought a few weeks ago for $6 and I needed them.

I TOTALLY scored on Saturday though.  I went to 3 yard sales my old neighborhood and scored some like new stuff!  At the first, I got 5 embroidered jumping bean shirts that looked brand new for $1 each, which was a great deal for these parts.  I also got a super cute bonnet for a quarter (not pictured).

At the second, I picked up 2 dresses and a Gymboree tunic for $1 each.  At the third, I got a Gymboree sweater and 3 Gymboree shirts that looked new, plus some books for $5.75.

Just a SMALL portion of the find.

The BEST clothing find came in the next town over on my way to my mother in laws–I got an exercise jacket for me and 19 pieces of like new clothes, mostly Gymboree, for $20 total.

The best acquisition of the day wasn’t purchased by me, but was bought by my MIL in Florida — 2 pieces of vintage white/aqua Pyrex.  Her cost?  $2.25!  Those are worth at least $30 on eBay.  I may have done a little happy dance in her kitchen :).

So those were my thrifty finds last week.  Did you get anything cool last weekend?
